New blog ‘open-bibliometrics’ and initial OPENBIB data release

The KB and the OPENBIB project group are pleased to announce the first release of selected and curated OpenAlex data. This marks a step forward in our efforts to promote the use of open bibliometric data and contribute to the evolving open bibliometric landscape. We have also started to provide full snapshots of OpenAlex data on an ongoing basis, integrated into the same research infrastructure for bibliometric data as Scopus and Web of Science. In addition, we have explored the suitability of open bibliometric data (siehe hier, hier und hier). This release includes: Address information Publishers Funding information Document types Transformative agreements We also invite you to visit our new blog dedicated to all things related to the OPENBIB project and open data/OpenAlex: open-bibliometrics.
