This marks a step forward in our efforts to promote the use of open biblio­met­ric data and contribute to the evolv­ing open biblio­met­ric landscape. \nWe have also start­ed to provide full snapshots of OpenAlex data on an ongoing basis\, integrat­ed into the same research infra­struc­ture for biblio­met­ric data as Scopus and Web of Science. The program combines theoret­i­cal knowl­edge and its practi­cal appli­ca­tion in various contexts ranging from research to the provi­sion of scien­tif­ic policy advice to research evaluation.\nThe esss trains esearchers\, especial­ly PhD candi­dates and early-career researchers\, research managers\, librar­i­ans and infor­ma­tion scien­tists with a profes­sion­al inter­est in science and technol­o­gy indica­tors and their appli­ca­tion. The summer school takes place from 8th to 12th September. \nRegis­tra­tion will open Tuesday\, 1st of April 2025 at 9:00 CET.  There is NO appli­ca­tion proce­dure and that the limit­ed seats will be sold on a „first come\, first serve“ basis.
